Are your iPhones really A-grade or brand new?
Yes. We sell both A-grade iPhones (minor or no signs of wear, 100% technically inspected) and brand new Apple products . Each phone is extensively tested for functionality, battery life, and performance before being sold.
What warranty do I get on my purchase?
You receive a 6-month warranty on all our iPhones and products.
Please note: The warranty does not cover damage from drops, impacts, water damage , or misuse.
Defects that occur without your own fault are covered by the warranty.
How does your return policy work?
You may return your order within 14 days, provided the product:
is in its original condition,
is complete with all accessories,
is not damaged.
If we accept the return, costs may be charged for depreciation of the product.
How quickly do you deliver?
Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the same day .
Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–2 working days .
